The Award in Education and Training Level 3 will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to teach and support learning in various educational settings. You’ll gain a deep understanding of key topics, including Understanding Roles, Responsibilities and Relationships in Education and Training, Inclusive Teaching and Learning Approaches, and Facilitating Learning and Development for Individuals and Groups. The course also covers essential assessment practices, such as Understanding Assessment in Education and Training and Principles and Practices of Assessment, helping you to understand how to assess learners effectively and inclusively.
Progression
Upon completing this qualification, you’ll be prepared to take on teaching and training roles or further your professional development in education. You can progress to higher-level qualifications such as the Level 5 Certificate in Education and Training (Cert Ed) or the Level 7 Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). These courses will provide you with advanced skills and knowledge, opening doors to more senior teaching roles and specializations within education.*Fees
