In the taster session for Access to Higher Education in Psychology and Mental Health, you will be introduced to key concepts such as stress and coping mechanisms, mental health awareness, and psychological research methods.

Through interactive activities, you will explore how individuals respond to stress, develop practical tools for managing mental health, and gain insights into common mental health conditions.

You will also get a feel for what studying psychology and mental health at the higher education level involves, helping you decide if this pathway is right for you.
